Delia is our real estate operations and compliance manager with a strong background in financial management, including GC calculations, split reports, CAP control, and agent and company payments.
Experienced in regulatory and financial compliance, including Anti-Money Laundering (PLD) supervision, KYC procedures, operations reporting, and invoice management. Actively involved in transaction review and contract compliance under NOM-247, ensuring ethical practices and risk mitigation in residential real estate.
